MESSAGE TO PATIENTS
- The world is coping with an issue of massive scale and human impact, and our hearts go out to all who have been affected by the outbreak of coronavirus (COVID-19). You may be aware that over the last few weeks we have taken a series of precautionary steps in response to this developing public health impact, including increased cleaning and sanitizing procedures for our store. We appreciate your understanding that, as a patient, your Good Experience may look different as we navigate through this time together. Our store will modify operations with options that still allow us to serve you. We will adapt the store experience by limiting seating for patients waiting in our lobby to improve social distancing. During this time, we will be open 7 days a week from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm. We will also only be accepting orders made at shop.thegooddispensary.com, on Leafly, or over the phone and will not be allowing walk-in patients, with accommodations for our patients 60 years of age or older and considered at-risk to shop in store by appointment only. Our online store will remain open so you may order at any time. Orders for same day pick up stop being accepted at 7pm, but orders made on our website after 7pm can be picked up the following day. As a last resort, we will close our store if we feel it is in the best interest of our patients and staff, or if we are directed to do so by government authorities. In any such situation, we expect store disruption to be temporary. Thank you for being a loyal patient. It is our intent to remain transparent.
